(RWCR) RWCR is a family owned and operated business and has been since it's inception in 1989. But the close knit atmosphere goes beyond the father/son team of the owners of the company; it is extended to every employee and agent.
It is our philosophy that the only way for our company to be successful is if every agent is. We believe that the confidence that a well-trained and supported agent provides for every client feeds upon itself. We consider our agents an investment in our own future, not a part of the multitude that can generate revenue if we have enough of them. We are committed to the success of each and every agent, and we need agents that are committed to their business and take their reputation and that of the company very seriously.
So, what does RWCR have to offer?
- Your choice of three exceptional compensation plans. Our plans have been compared to, and will beat every other plan in the market today. You have the flexibility to choose the plan that suits you best.
- We pay for much of your marketing. No catch, no hidden charges to make those expenses up. We believe in keeping the Realty World name in the public eye, and what better way than to do that than in a manner that directly helps our agents as well? We will pay for your mailings to your sphere of influence each month, as well as all of your "Just listed", "Just sold" mailings. We will also provide you with a free web page, yours and your alone to do with as you please. If you have already purchased a URL, we can direct that to your new page.
- Low franchise fees. $150 a month is all you pay. We also offer a percentage fee option, but if you sell more than one a month, the flat rate is the way to go. And we want agents committed to selling more than that.
- No desk fees. This also means no administrative charges. You don't pay us for copies, calls from the office, faxes, or anything else. The only thing you pay RWCR is your monthly franchise fee and your E and O insurance.
- No required phone/floor time. The industry has changed. While phone time may have worked in the past, we don't believe that to be the highest and best use of an agent’s time in today's market. We would rather have you doing the things that make you successful, selling. That is much more valuable to us than a free receptionist.
- Unparalleled support. Some agents for other companies have actually never met with their broker in charge. That is unbelievable to us at RWCR. Not only will your BIC be accessible to you when you need him, other agents and employees are always here to lend a hand.
- Training. With the ever-changing market, there seems to be more and more to learn and more pitfalls for agents that don't keep up with the legal, regulatory and competitive environments of real estate today. We provide initial and ongoing training over and above your required continuing education.
- Support of our corporate partners. As an agent of RWCR, you not only have the backing of our infrastructure, but also the support of our regional and national offices. This includes annual training and award banquets, ongoing opportunities for continuing education, ongoing opportunities for marketing training and annual agent planning sessions.
If you are the type of agent that only wants to keep their license active so one day they might buy something, or be able to find something for a relative or friend, with all due respect we don't need or want you at RWCR.
