  • A newly released Charlotte-area home price analysis from the National Association of Realtors® shows few concerns about a price bubble or a large price correction in the Charlotte market, primarily due to the fact that home prices in Charlotte have risen at a moderate pace in recent years plus the highly affordable conditions that still exist in our region.
